Krysta is originally from Denver, Colorado, where she grew up taking trips to the mountains, igniting her passion for the outdoors and appreciation for the beauty of her home state. Her early love for exploration shaped her adventurous spirit and inspired a deep passion for travel. When the travel bug hit, she was led to seek out new experiences around the world. Over the years, she has checked off numerous bucket list life experiences while traveling and living in various parts of the world, from California to Tennessee, and as far as East Africa and South America. After her travels, she returned to Colorado and has since resided in both Summit and Eagle County, bringing her back to the mountains that she has loved since childhood.
Krysta is a highly esteemed practitioner, renowned for her expertise in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. Holding both a Doctorate and a Master's degree from Pacific College of Health and Science, Krysta is nationally board-certified and licensed in the states of Colorado and California. Her academic foundation is further complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy, as well as being a licensed massage therapist and a certified yoga instructor.

With over a decade of experience in bodywork, Krysta specializes in orthopedics, focusing on pain relief, injuries, mobility, and recovery. She has been sought out for her expertise and has had the privilege of collaborating with professional athletes in the NBA, Olympians, weightlifters, and professional dancers from the New York Ballet. With a focus on promoting a pain-free life, Krysta utilizes a results-oriented approach by treating both the symptoms as well as the root of the problem to allow the body to heal and restore optimal function. Her advanced orthopedic certification and extensive knowledge allow her to utilize techniques such as orthopedic needling (dry needling), manual therapy, cupping, and facilitated stretching.
In addition to orthopedics, she specializes in addressing women's health, hormonal imbalances, holistic reproductive health and fertility, digestive health, sleep issues, and autoimmune conditions by combining acupuncture with adjunctive therapies like moxa, cupping, and herbal treatments.
