Chelsea received her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at Loma Linda University in Southern California. She decided to become a Physical Therapist when she received rehab following a right ACL reconstruction surgery in 2010. 


She initially focused on treating orthopedic conditions working at Panorama Orthopedics and Spine where she began working with hip labral surgeries and other hip dysfunctional conditions. She began noticing the connection of the hips and spine as well as other musculoskeletal skeletal dysfunctions with the pelvic floor and began pursuing a specialty in pelvic rehabilitation. 


She has taken the pelvic floor series continuing education from Herman and Wallace including pelvic rehabilitation in athletes. She has received the Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification from Corrective Exercise Solutions. She has been trained in dry needling from KinetaCore and Spinal Manipulative Institute. She strives for continued learning to help benefit her patients. 


In her free time, she enjoys extreme sports including skiing, snowboarding, and various water sports. She is an avid long distance runner and a musician.
