Kim graduated from the University of Colorado, with a B. A. in Communications.
After 18 years working for Nordstrom, she decided to switch gears and focus on a better lifestyle that required tuning into her body. She suffered with asthma, food allergies, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances and high level of stress.
In 2006, she became a certified yoga instructor for adults and children working in schools. To bring balance, she enjoys working with clients who are unable to attend regular yoga classes and need help with individual movements. She loves teaching restorative yoga and to make the body feel safe, grounded and nurtured.
Kim is also completing a Master Nutrition Therapist at NTI (Nutrition Therapy Institute) and working one on one with yoga clients to improve digestive issues, blood sugar balance and hormonal imbalances.
Her wellness philosophy is holistic and realistic; by developing education-based nutrition and yoga programs, she strives to change the way people view their bodies and encourages them to live healthier lives.
Kim is a Colorado native and loves all the outdoors has to offer in this beautiful state! In addition to spending time with her husband and two great boys and their new dog, she likes to hike, ski, participate in triathlons, travel, entertain and cook.
