Drinking More Water Can Improve Your Health

We are always told the importance of drinking plenty of water through out the day, every day, especially living in the high altitude of Colorado. It is amazing to talk to women who limit their water intake to avoid using the bathroom or because they prefer other drinks.


What some people don't realize is the importance to the body to drink water. Your body loses water through breathing, sweating and digestion. It is important to re-hydrate by drinking fluids, especially water! Water also helps to flush the body of bacteria that may cause infections.


A recent study showed a reduction in bladder infections for women who drank more water on a daily basis. Check out the article below.

Just a simple effort to drink more water each day can help keep your body hydrated and healthy. A basic rule of 8 8 ounces glasses of water per day is a great place to start. Are you up for the challenge?
